My case is probably more unexpected and challenging than most. Before I found out about Dr. Korys new treatment service last night (from his substack which I read regularly) I did an intake form a few days ago to a "known" place around for a while (got Ivermectin from them last year). Intake form submitted early Thurs to that place, physician assigned later that day, then nothing yesterday or today. Guessing my case looked atypical so maybe they were hesitant to take it on? Anyway got an appointment last night with Heidi at Dr. Korys new service for this morning, she communicated with Dr. Kory before because my consult because my case is probably atypical/challenging. They are not afraid of an atypical case at Dr. Korys service/practice. Omnicron is probably milder but it is also different so my take is audibles may be needed from the FLCCC protocol with some patients (like me) and Dr Korys service/practice gives one confidence in doing an audible. Heidi was great, Im a scientist so I think I have a good feel for when people are genuine and knowledgeable but also honest about what they arent sure of (which can be even more important in having a productive discussion of options). We have a plan Im comfortable with, I feel like I can contact them if another audible is needed, and just the positive psychological benefit of knowing your treatment is personally aligned with one of the worlds top Covid groups/practices is worth the money!

I have a complicated medical history, and take a lot of drugs, so Ive been very conflicted about which parts of the standard FLCCC protocol, or any alternate protocol, I can use, and which I should not use, for fear of drug interactions, kidney damage, and so on. Talking to Scott was very helpful, he was able to tailor your protocol to my individual situation, and now I am less afraid of going out in public. One thing that had me particularly frightened was the prospect of taking steroids, because both prednisone and prednisolone interact with almost everything else I take already, and in complex ways, with a wide variety of possible complications. Scott told me that we could use dexamethazone as an alternative if it was ever necessary for me to take steroids. So after the call was over, I researched it on Drugs.com, and found that while yes, it can interact with most of my blood pressure meds, but in each case the result is the same--the blood pressure drug is less effective. This is a big relief, because it means all I have to do to feel safe is to monitor my blood pressure closely, and with professional guidance, and perhaps a temporary dose adjustment, I should be able to safely use that drug. This alone has given me a big confidence boost. Once I set up the patient portal and can see the notes, I wil feel that I have a roadmap to go on, as Scott was very helpful in answering questions and volunteering things I had not thought to ask about. He listened with attention, took my concerns seriously, and was very helpful in making me feel better prepared to both prevent, and if necessary, treat covid from a distance--as no doctor I a aware of where I live would take the risk of prescribing anything that might be of use. But this is about more than Scott Marsden and his excellent professionalism. I also want to say that the office staff is friendly, efficient, and on the ball. I had to communicate with them more than once both before and after my appointment, and was mightily impressed with how prompt they were to respond to any inquiry, and how good at swiftly getting things handled. Dr. Kory has surrounded himself with some wonderful people. I strongly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those with complicated medical histories who may need an individual personalized plan of action against covid.

I feel great relief after having spoken with Scott Marsland yesterday. I have a complicated history of chronic health problems and multiple covid risk factors, and had been so overwhelmed trying to figure out what parts of the FLCCC protocol were safe for me to use, that I truly needed to speak to someone who could pick and choose and tailor a prevention and treatment plan that I could follow with confidence. Scott has done that for me. I had written a very detailed intake from, and far from minding that I had gone on for so long, Scott appreciated having all the extra information. That gave me confidence right off the bat, as I have learned over the years that a health care professional who listens and weighs everything you tell him is someone who will make sound and logical decisions about how to treat you. Scot answered many questions during our appointment, and asked some of his own, things that were important that I had not thought to bring up. At this point I feel very confident that I am in good hands, and if I do get covid at some point, I will know that if anyone can get me through it, the people at this practice will. I want to comment on the office staff as well. I experienced a couple of minor snags with the intake from, and while signing up for the patient portal, and wow! These people will answer a question before you ask it! Its just so refreshing to experience that kind of speed and diligence, it is very reassuring. I know now that if I do get covid, there will be no frightening period spent in limbo hoping for an appointment, with no one calling me back. I am frankly just floored by the efficiency and warm friendliness of all of the people I have dealt with here. Scott followed up with very detailed instructions on how to proceed, with an invitation to check with him if I have any further questions. I have been afraid to go out in public for so long...and I am greatly reassured now that I can cautiously do so, with the excellent guidance I have received here. The medical establishment has failed us, and even good doctors like my own GP are afraid to follow the protocols that work for fear of losing their licenses...so we cannot ever be grateful enough for people like Dr.Kory and Scott Marsland, and all those who work with them.

Dr. Kory was extremely thorough, made us feel completely heard and understood. He went well beyond with his time to evaluate our daughter and how he could help her continue in her recovery. Love these people!!! For 2 1/2 years I’ve gotten my Covid truth from Drs Kory, Marik, and their colleagues. It’s no surprise then that this staff has been carefully handpicked. Scott was concerned, caring, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. How reassuring after the past two years to get definitive, guidance about each next step.
